Cultivating beauty.

We’re passionate about quality. It all started with the desire for sourcing our own honey and helping the environment. Our first garden was grown as a space for beauty and peace as well as source of food, not just for ourselves but for our wildlife friends. Everything is grown without harmful chemicals, and without disrupting the soil, so it’s safe and beneficial for us all to enjoy together.

We’re honing our awareness and sensitivity to nature. Keeping bees has brought us a new awareness of the delicate balance of our ecosystems. We’ve seen the profound effect just one hive can have on crops and flowers; we’ve also seen the devastation of one careless mosquito spraying on a previously thriving hive. Everything we do is for the betterment of bees, and not just honeybees, but all pollinators.

We are so deeply thankful to you. We also wanted to say a huge thanks to all our helpers that made this holiday season of markets possible! We could not have handled becoming parents and our roster of events without Caitlin, Mitch, and Sarah! We’re also so grateful to all the wonderful markets and businesses that have hosted events to help small businesses. And of course we are beyond overflowing with joy and gratitude for the gift of our baby Beau. God is good. Happy Thanksgiving, friends!

Hey friends, For those who haven’t seen me in person in a while, I’ve been growing a little bit of a different crop this year. Our baby bee arrived Thursday October 24th at 10:49pm. Named after his grandfathers and great grand fathers, we’d like to introduce Beau Weiler Poirier Couchoud. You can expect to see him as my sidekick at our markets next season and for sure he will be tagging along to the bee yard. Tim is gonna make a beekeeper out of him in no time.
